• 2 16-ounce cans red cherries, water packed and drained
  • 1 14-ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cups sour cream

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the sour cream. Fold sour cream into fruit mixture to blend. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
